By creating an account, depositing funds, purchasing a virtual number, receiving an SMS or voice message, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service. ## 1. Service Description 10CNumber provides access to virtual telephone numbers and related SMS and/or voice message receiving functionality supplied through third-party telecommunications and API providers. Our Service may allow users to: * Purchase or rent virtual telephone numbers. * Receive SMS verification codes or other permitted messages. * Receive voice verification codes where available. * View service-related information through their account. * Maintain a wallet balance for purchases. * Access services supplied through third-party infrastructure. 10CNumber does not operate or own all telecommunications networks or infrastructure used to provide these services. Availability of specific countries, operators, numbers, services, and supported platforms may change at any time. ## 2. Eligibility You must provide accurate information when creating and using your account. You may not use the Service if: * You are legally prohibited from using such services. * Your account has previously been terminated for serious abuse and you attempt to circumvent the termination. * You intend to use the Service for fraud, deception, unauthorized access, or other unlawful activity. Where required by law or by our payment, telecommunications, or infrastructure providers, we may request additional information for verification or compliance purposes. ## 3. Accordingly: * Numbers may become unavailable without notice. * SMS or voice messages may be delayed, blocked, filtered, or never delivered. * A number may have been previously assigned to another user. * A number may be recycled by a telecommunications provider. * Supported services may change without notice. * Some third-party platforms may reject or restrict virtual numbers. * We cannot guarantee that a particular third-party website or application will accept a number. 10CNumber does not guarantee successful verification on any particular third-party platform. ## 5. Third-Party Platform Policies You are solely responsible for complying with the Terms of Service, acceptable-use policies, verification requirements, and other rules of any third-party platform you access using a number obtained through 10CNumber. 10CNumber does not authorize users to bypass, evade, or defeat security, identity, anti-abuse, anti-fraud, rate-limit, or verification controls of third-party services. ## 6. Prohibited Activities You may not use 10CNumber for: * Fraud or financial scams. * Phishing or impersonation. * Identity theft. * Account takeover. * Unauthorized access to computer systems or accounts. * Hacking or exploitation of security vulnerabilities. * Malware distribution. * Spam or abusive messaging. * Harassment, threats, stalking, or intimidation. * Extortion or blackmail. * Illegal gambling or other unlawful activities. * Money laundering or sanctions evasion. * Creating accounts for the purpose of violating a third-party platform's rules. * Circumventing bans, suspensions, or security restrictions. * Obtaining or attempting to obtain another person's private information without authorization. * Any activity that violates applicable law or regulation. We may refuse, delay, reverse, or investigate transactions where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity, abuse, or a violation of applicable law. ## 9. Service Availability We attempt to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of: * Maintenance. * Software or hardware failures. * Network failures. * Telecommunications outages. * Third-party API failures. * Payment-provider problems. * Cybersecurity incidents. * Government or legal requirements. * Force majeure events. * Changes made by third-party platforms. ## 10. Disclaimer of Warranties To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10CNumber and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation: * Lost profits. * Lost business opportunities. * Lost data. * Missed verification. * Account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms. * Service interruptions. * Third-party provider failures. * Number recycling. * Delayed or missing SMS/voice messages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law. ## 12.
